If I want to return an item purchased online for a refund, what is the process?

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping in Canada, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost of your order (unless we shipped something to you in error) – you will be required to prepay for this cost. For a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization number.

Additionally, if you received “free” shipping on your order, your refund will be the original order amount less our cost to ship the order to you. Example:

A customer purchases $150 worth of product and receives “free” shipping (which cost us $20 to ship). If this customer wants to return the product for a refund, they will receive $150 - $20 = $120.
Please also note that if you received free shipping on your order, it is only available once. If you need to return an item and replace it with something different, you will be required to cover the re-shipping charges. One free freight per order.
