Refund policy

  • Please contact us for return/exchange authorization requests at sales@myhockeystore.com
  • We will email you a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the package
  • No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • All items returned/exchanged must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.
  • All packages from Canada must be shipped prepaid via Canada Post or a courier of your choice.
  • All packages from the USA must be clearly marked, "Goods purchased in Canada being returned."
  • All packages from the USA must be shipped pre-paid and shipped ground via the US Postal Service. Please do not ship merchandise back via UPS, as customer assumes any brokerage and duty charges that may be applicable.
  • Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping
  • Refunds will be issued 1-2 days following receipt of the package
  • Any shipping charges that Larry's Sport's incurred on the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

If I want to return an item purchased online for a refund, what is the process?

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping in Canada, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost of your order (unless we shipped something to you in error) – you will be required to prepay for this cost. For a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization number.

Additionally, if you received “free” shipping on your order, your refund will be the original order amount less our cost to ship the order to you. Example:

A customer purchases $150 worth of product and receives “free” shipping (which cost us $20 to ship). If this customer wants to return the product for a refund, they will receive $150 - $20 = $130.
Please also note that if you received free shipping on your order, it is only available once. If you need to return an item and replace it with something different, you will be required to cover the re-shipping charges. One free freight per order.

At Larry's Sports, we know you work hard for your money, so we will continually strive to provide you the LOWEST prices.

We will match any advertised price in Canada, but please note the following:

  • Retailer must have item(s) in stock at the time of purchase. Same size, colour and model.
  • Any and all shipping and handling charges, if any, must be added in.
  • Please provide web address and/or proof of ad.
  • All price match requests must be placed by phone or email.
